Growing up between Lebanese and Italian households, cooking was a daily ritual. After managing Tallahassee's #2-rated Lebanese restaurant, I moved to Fort Lauderdale to train under Chef Adam Serota — whose clientele spans every major sports league in the U.S. and countless celebrities.
