Meet the Chef
"Habibi, Let's Eat!" is what I would hear every day growing up in a Lebanese and Italian household. Weekends were always about experimenting and perfecting my craft, until cooking became a lifelong obsession.
At university, I spent three years managing Kebabas, the #2-rated Lebanese spot in Tallahassee. I then moved to Fort Lauderdale to assist Chef Adam Serota, whose focus is luxury events and performance catering — serving every major sports league in the U.S. and countless celebrities.
I built Chef Zeitoun to bring that same passion into private homes — combining refined Italian technique with the warmth of Lebanese hospitality to create private dining experiences that feel effortless, intimate, and unforgettable.
